You do not need to be home unless your backflow assembly is inside a secured area. Your water will be shut off during the test (up to 30 minutes unless there is a problem). We will schedule an appointment and an invoice will be sent once the test has been completed. After completion of the test we send the results to the appropriate authority to make sure your record is kept on file.
